I can not wait for spring to come so I can ride outside again. I did another 2.5 hours on the trainer today even after another week of feeling crappy. I am getting really tired of this! I had a few ok days, so I will be heading back to the chiropractor this week and see if that helps.
I will be missing my ride next weekend because my boys and I will be in Dayton to celebrate my brother's 40th and dad's 65th birthdays!
I have also signed up for my first charity ride to benefit the MS Society of Canada. In July I will be riding 150k over 2 days from Grand Bend Ontario to London Ontario and back. For my US followers that's around 96 miles. It will be a good test of my fitness level for my 100 miles in 1 day in October. I am riding with a great team of friends from Sarnia and really looking forward to it. If you would be interested in pledging to support me or my team visit http://msofs.mssociety.ca/2011Bike/Sponsor.aspx?&PID=1259545&L=2.
Thanks for reading this...It really helps knowing ya'll are out there!
If you can manage 2.5 hours on a trainer by yourself without going absolutely mad your doing well. I got outside this weekend for the first time this year. I was ready to take a sledge hammer to my trainer it was getting so damn boring. Keep up the great work Randi!
